25026. Beki (Becky)
25035. Blaž, smiling
25037. The traverse is nasty because the slope below it is nearly vertical and over 20 feet deep - the F tunnel continues on the other side, above the muddy trail.
25041. Andrej is sitting on the traverse, awaiting the returning party - to make the traverse more difficult, they will bypass the end of the traverse by a squeeze in front (left) of him.
25044. Marko is returning, not through the squeeze, but over the normal traverse beginning.
25045. Marko is on his way over the muddy puddle while Andrej is looking into the squeeze, awaiting more newcomers.
25048. Matej on the traverse, Andrej behind the rock
25047. Diba the excursion leader in a victorious, The-winner-takes-it-all pose
25038. The squeeze is short but tricky - it is slippery and with few foot holds, while the hand hold is a sinter pan, full of water - any disturbance sends a new small wave downhill to make the squeeze more slippery, and colder. In the picture - one of the school participants is halfway through, other candidates and instructors are observing the progress.
25040. Ester is approaching the squeeze, under the auspices of Matej (left) and Marko.
25049. A cloud over Planinsko polje valley, as seen from the Mali Orljek hill
25050. Modern heavy forestry machinery, before all large tracked vehicles, applied in wet weather, completely changed the forest trail-, track- and side road landscape. The access road to the cave used to be, until recently, a modest old track, with undergrowth on both sides, so that a passenger car could barely get through. Now it is a wide open space - view at the clearing north of the entrance, logs around the fireplace are center left.
25051. View of the "no-trees land" to the northwest of the entrance
25052. During the recent forest cleaning the cave entrance obtained some painted markup.
25054. Night view of the entrance, available light
