Most images are approximately 768 x 1024 pixels in size, numbers in front of the picture descriptions are serial numbers of the original photo files. Jože Stražišar, of the Karlovica Caving Society (Jamarsko društvo Karlovica) contributed to this excursion. The name of the cave was withheld due to the high risk of pollution (with mud) or damage to its interior.

54562. The author set out to find the cave according to various descriptions, including the forester's instructions, and after several hours he finally stood in front of it. In the photo: healed wound on a beech trunk, about 150 meters from the entrance to the cave.

54569. There was just as much water in Lake Cerknica that the via ferrata to the cave entrance was above the water level all they way. In the picture - a view of the concrete dam at the entrance with an opening for water flow at lower water level, from the south side.
