At the Cave Entrance

28803. Ičo, Metod and Ile guessing what today's work might bring, how much time remains to the final breakthrough.

28801. Ičo, well at home in the stage business, always with a witty story from the capital's artistic past at hand

At the Cave Bottom Room, at the Worksite

28805. Jerko, pensive

28806. Jerko, startled

28807. Manč, rather melancholic. He dismissed an offer for a second shot, the captured mood is supposed to well reflect not only his current state of affairs, but also in general, in Slovenia and worldwide.

28804. Stari, with the rock to be moved to final position in the landfill corner in hands

28812. Marjan and Manč joined forces to put a heavier rock to top of the plateau.

28813. Marjan, securing a rock to proper, stable and durable position

28811. The canal narrows to top and and bottom and is the widest in the middle. So Jerko found the best position for bucket transfer lying on the back ...

28810. ... lifting it upwards ...

28814. ... where it was grabbed by Manč, passed on to Marjan, who swung it to Žan - and it happily ended on top of the plateau.

28808. Marjan waiting at the turn of the first stretch of the canal while Riko is filling the transport bag in the second leg.

28815. Stari is relaxing on the ledge high in the side niche with good overview of the site, after a hard action, obviously satisfied with the current developments.

28818. Riko at the first turn in the canal, view out

28816. View in of the second canal leg, from the first turn, after a major push. The shadow in the image center marks another turn, this time to the right, where the narrow meander continues to the larger inner voids, anticipated by the draught and the echo.

28817. View in of the third, final leg of the canal, from the second turn

28819. Due to the considerable distance from the canal entrance to the excavation front a human conveyor belt was made to transport the rocks and gravel to the landfill place. In the picture - Manč, Jerko and Žan

At the Najdena jama Cave Venue

28802. Rok at the table, dealing with an emergency cell phone call, earlier in the morning, when the place bathed in the sun.

28820. Klok at the fireplace, as seen by Ičo

28821. Ile took care of the fire, at the same time cleaning the place of the debris left by the 2014 sleet catastrophe and following logging. He did not hesitate to carry such pieces, no mater his lower back problem.
