Članska vas Village at Najdena jama Cave

33024. A Halloween reminder - devilish Jerko with two red hot peppers Andrej brought on previous occasion.

33025. Power jackhammer, new hope for a breakthrough after several days when advancing in the cave came to a near standstill, was tested on a rock which stood in a way of Žan's parking and gazeebo access from the north. Rock was tough, but the jackhammer was tougher.

Cave Entrance

33026. Jerko came to see how the excavation pile is progressing ...

33028. ... and joined Marjan, who was not quite sure where his abilities would be more needed - in the cave, narrow space there allowed only a skeleton crew, or outside where the firewood preparation was in full swing as the winter is coming fast.

Excavation Site at the End of the Cave

33030. Brajko, waiting for ...

33029. ... another bucket which Metod pushed up to Klok and he to Brajko.

Metod was breaking rocks at the end with a power jackhammer provided by Marko Krašovec. 3 minutes of action are depicted here, of little artistic merit, just to show how it is done, more in style of post-end movie credits (the last part), as could be taken in harsh circumstances. Dialogs are mostly cursing and therefore not translated.

33031. Metod, triumphant after ...

33032. ... a blowing hole opened up at the end of the tunnel. Rocks as large as a fist fell down into it, larger stone (middle) is yet to be taken out.

33034. Metod, positioning the crowbar for best effect

33035. Brajko and Marjan, who joined the team and will replace Klok

Trail From the Entrance to Članska vas Village

33036. It was an overcast weather with patches of blue sky here and there.

33037. Sleet in February 2014 bent some young trees to the ground.

Članska vas Village

33040. Žan was cutting firewood, helped by Manč, Jerko was chopping it ...

33038. ... with his super axe.

33039. Manč, in a new role of a "composer", collected it ...

33041. ... and stacked at the gazeebo side, where Žan was already taking measures for another window opening.

33044. Some time later ... Ile as a pasta-beans base taster (mostly onions and ham), pre-cooked at home by Žan

33045. Developments at the cave end were positive and the sky started to clear accordingly.
