48160. Over four years have passed since the top-down approach to the Radošca problem began. After well over 100 excursions it turned out that the inner collapse in the cave is simply hopeless. Now a fresh start, below the western collapse doline wall, brought us to the heart of the Radošca issue again. In the picture - view of the site from the top of doline, from the north.

48164. When the collapse occurred millenia ago, major part of a chimney in the hall below fell down with remaining of the ceiling while part of it remained as a bas relief. It is here where the digging now started - Manč below the chimney, already about 1 m deep.

48168. He gathered strength for a little while ...
48169. ... and tossed the rock out.
48170. The lads already made a nice staircase down the northern access slope.
48171. Metod: situation is promising, not at all desperate, the chimney is already widening into the cave ceiling.
