50479. That the decision was correct is confirmed by the noticeable draft and the fact that the handle of the rake in the image, which is about 120 cm long, could be pushed forward along the still unexcavated wall in its entirety.
50482. On the way back, the sun was slowly descending over the ferns and beeches, which had not yet shed all the dry branches caused by the frozen rain disaster in February 2014.
